With over 25 years in the industry, Jeremy is a seasoned Fiber Master Journeyman and the driving force behind Flathead Fiber’s field operations. His hands-on expertise spans splicing, aerial and underground construction, lineman work, network design, and more. Jeremy also invented the patented Fiber Reaper tool—created out of necessity and refined through experience. He leads with precision, grit, and a deep respect for doing things the right way.

As a seasoned entrepreneur and permitting specialist, she manages growth, client partnerships, and regulatory compliance at every level—local, state, and federal.
